1. Introduction 1.1. PURPOSE OF POLICY. . (" Dotschools ," "us," or "we" is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Dotschools Website (the "Site"). 5. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES

6. POLICY AGAINST ADVERTISING OUR WEBSITE USING UNSOLICITED EMAIL MESSAGES


We require that all e-mails promoting dotschools.com or its products are sent only to clients who have agreed to receive such messages. We prohibit any advertising of our brand and Web site using unsolicited email messages. Not complying with this policy will cause partnership termination and/or affiliate account termination. If you feel you’ve been sent unsolicited emails promoting our brand or website and would like to register a complaint, please email our abuse department (abuse@dotschools.com). We will immediately investigate all allegations made related to unsolicited messages.


7. ANTI SPAM POLICY. CAN-SPAM ACT COMPLIANCE


DotSchools.com is dedicated to ensuring compliance with the 'Can-Spam Act', which took effect January 1, 2004. You may receive email from DotSchools.com in the following circumstances: Acknowledging your application has been received and requesting additional action Requests for additional information to support your current application Response to your inquiries regarding the status of your online degree, payment due dates, extension requests and other transactional requests Thanking you for your valued business Advertisements for our products, services, changes in services, new product availability Advertisements for third party products and services where we have determined that such product or service may be of interest to our customers To ensure compliance with the Can-Spam Act, DotSchools.com has implemented the following guidelines for email delivery: All emails sent to you by DotSchools.com will clearly identify DotSchools.com as the sender. 8. THIRD PARTY CAN-SPAM COMPLIANCE


In addition to the compliance issues described in Section 6, DotSchools.com requires third party marketers to comply with additional email marketing requirements. DotSchools.com makes every effort to ensure that all third party vendors comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act. This includes contractual agreements to comply, approval of third party ads by DotSchools.com prior to delivery, spot checks on third party emails and other efforts deemed reasonable by DotSchools.com in order to ensure ongoing compliance. Third party email may only be delivered to individuals who have provided the third party marketer with direct or indirect permission to email offers. In the event of a complaint regarding a third party marketer, within 72 hours that marketing partner will provide the complainant with: The website at which the complainant signed up A link to the privacy policy of the sign-up site evidencing a privacy policy which clearly indicates the complainant has given permission to receive email offers The date the complainant signed up or opted in (and the time if available) The I.P. address from which the complainant signed up
